Create a strategy chart and action plan for the quarter as a group, and make sure that your new members understand how the strategy chart works. Upload your strategy chart and action plan when completed.
You can use the strategy chart template (under Files/template) for your chart. Your strategy chart should include:
How many people you will sign up
How many 1-1s you will conduct
How many assembly shifts you will facilitate
How many policies you will draft
Your goals for adding to the team
What constituency you are organizing
Tactics you will be using
Your action plan should include your plan for:
Canvassing
facilitating assemblies
conducting 1-1s
attending Leadership meetings
attending Budget delegate meetings
holding Trainings for new members on:
