What is Participatory Budgeting?

Participatory budgeting lets people vote on how to spend a portion of an organization’s budget. Northwestern students, faculty and staff generate ideas, develop proposals, vote on which proposals to fund, and the community implements winning proposals.

Events

NU’s first mini-PB process will let students decide how to spend $1000 to address climate change at NU and meet Evanston’s Climate Action and Resilience Plan goals.
