Where’s my ballot?

There are a few reasons you may not have received an ballot via email — follow these steps to make sure you get your online ballot.

  1. If you just registered online, please wait 1-2 business days to receive your ballot via email.

  2. Check your spam folder — your online ballot will come from City of Evanston noreply@electionrunner.com

  3. You might not have received a ballot if there was a typo in your email address. Just register online again — the city will delete the duplicate registration. Remember that it will take 1-2 business days to receive the ballot.

  4. If you still haven’t gotten your ballot, email the PB Manager: Matthew Ouren <mouren@cityofevanston.org> who can check your registration and resend the online voting link.

  5. If you want to vote on paper, you can attend one of the project expo voting events:

    • Sunday, Sept 10, 2-5pm, @ Fleetwood-Jourdain Center

    • Saturday, Sept 23, 2-5pm, @ Levy Center

or use one of the ballot boxes at Evanston library and community centers including:

    • Main Library ( Evanston)

    • Ecology Center

    • Civic Center

    • Levy Center

    • Fleetwood Jourdain Center

    • Chandler Newberger Center
